Central Node 55 Campaign - Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Central Node 55 campaign, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before registering. Your participation in the campaign is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in blockchain-related activities in their jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Staking Requirement

  • A minimum of 10,000 ATT tokens must be staked to qualify for participation in the Central Node 55 campaign.
  • Participants must stake their tokens into the official wallet address provided by the ATT Foundation.

3. Registration and Participation

  • Participants must complete the registration form accurately and in full.
  • After registration, participants will receive an email with the official wallet address for staking.
  • Proof of deposit must be submitted as specified to confirm participation.
  • Any incomplete or inaccurate registrations may result in disqualification.

4. Competition Structure

  • The competition consists of three phases: Registration Period, Election Period, and Reward Period.
  • The top 55 nodes will be determined based on the total staked amount by December 15, 2024.
  • Daily rewards will be distributed during the Reward Period based on the total staked amount of each participant and their team.

5. Team Formation and Rewards

  • Participants can form teams by inviting others to stake under their node.
  • The 55 successful nodes can distribute 30% of their daily rewards to their team members.
  • All team contributions and reward distributions must be transparent and fair.

6. Unlock Rules

  • If a participant does not qualify as one of the top 55 nodes by December 15, 2024, their locked ATT will be gradually unlocked on a monthly basis.
  • For participants who qualify, their staked ATT will be unlocked quarterly after the competition ends on December 15, 2025.

7. Withdrawal and Disqualification

  • Participants cannot withdraw their staked ATT before the scheduled unlock periods.
  • Any attempts to manipulate the competition, including fraudulent staking or team activities, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of the Central Node 55 campaign.
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • The ATT Foundation will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The ATT Foundation is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from participation in the Central Node 55 campaign, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorized access to participant accounts, or any other unforeseen events.

10. Amendments

  • The ATT Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Acceptance

  • By checking the box and submitting your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
